The Endurance Training Manual has been reviewed and approved by the NFPT Board of Education. This manual is considered by the Board to provide the education and business tools needed to perform as an Aerobic/Endurance Training Specialist. This endurance training manual prepares the candidate to apply effective aerobic/endurance training principles to populations from general fitness to the competitive endurance athlete. The manual is considered recommended reading in preparation for the industry accepted NFPT Endurance Training Specialist distinction.
