Board of Education
The Board of Education is responsible for the periodic review of existing education materials, the development of new education curriculums, works totally independent of the Certification Council, and reports directly to the President.

Dr. Lynn earned his D.M.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1975 where he served as a Clinical Instructor and Associate Professor from 1975 to 1984. Dr. Lynn is a Diplomat of the AAPM, Fellow of the AAHNFP, Diplomat of the International College of Applied Nutrition. He has attained Diplomatic status in the American Academy of Pain Management, the largest organized group of professionals whose primary focus is in the diagnosis and management of pain and is a reviewing editor for the AAPM Journal. He was founder and director of Pittsburgh Headache Institute. He completed his active practice as a member of the Active Surgical Staff at Mercy hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. Presently, Dr. Lynn personally trains and advises clients on medically based nutritional needs, supplementation, and specific rehabilitation programs for the previously injured.

Kelly Bianco - Board Member |

Kelly graduated from Northern Michigan University in 1990 with a Bachelors degree in Physical Education (K-12). In 1995 she graduated with a Masters degree in Education from Viterbo College. Kelly presently teaches at Kingsford High School, Breitung Township School Systems. She will be starting her 14th year as a Physical Education Teacher/Advanced Fitness Teacher. She has her Masters in education and has coached volleyball, basketball, tennis and track. Kelly was named coach of the year in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in 1995 and Class B coach of the year in the state of Michigan in 1995. Kelly has been a certified aerobics instructor and has been since 1985. Kelly has competed in a number of bodybuilding shows beginning in 1990. Kelly has owned Bianco's Fitness Center since 1998. Her hobbies are weightlifting, biking, horse back riding, teaching aerobic classes.

Thom is the PTT Program Director for Apollo College in Phoenix, Az. He has a BS in Health and Physical Education from USC (University of Southern Connecticut). Thom served active military duty, working in a Physical Therapy Clinic in Nurenberg Germany Hospital, later working as a military ski patrol officer. In the alpine town of Garmish-Partenkirken, Thom trained with a number of athletes, patrolling the slopes and traveling throughout Europe. Thom has taught and trained Physical Therapy Technicians at A&P in Therapeutic Exercises and Modalities for the past 12 years in post secondary education. He is currently working on projects with NFPT in the areas of education as well as Therapeutics.
