Angie Pattengale - Certification Council Coordinator |

Angie has a BS in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management. She has worked with the NFPT since 1992 with major organizational accomplishments that include the coordination of NCCA accreditation activities and American Council on Education college credit award program. Mrs. Pattengale is the NFPT Director of Certification and acting supervisor of certification business functions. |

Lauren Lewis - Certification Council Member |

Lauren has a BS in Education from Syracuse University and has worked as a one on one Personal Fitness Trainer since 1996. Lauren has instructed a variety of classes in a number of fitness facilities that include: : High and Low Impact Aerobics, Sports Aerobics, Step, Body Conditioning, Weight Training, Body Ball, Core Board, Body Bars, Flex-a-Tube, Seniors, Prenatal, Slide, Stretch, Power Yoga, Strut, Jump Rope, Boot Camp, Interval Training, Circuit Training, and Kick Boxing. Currently Lauren offers a Senior Fitness Course which includes a 6-week 12 hour program for seniors 65+ that has been approved and subsidized by a grant from St. David's Hospital in Austin, TX. |

Susan Mella - Certification Council Member |

Registered Dietitian and Certified Fitness Trainer living in Ormond Beach, Florida, she has fifteen years of experience in the wellness field and has been a successful Certified Fitness Trainer through NFPT since 1994. Susan earned her B.B.A. degree in Management (1987) and M.S. in Dietetics and Nutrition (2000) from Florida International University, Miami, Florida. She co-authored the "Nutrition Education and Counseling" section of the Florida Dietetic Association's Diet Manual and continues to be involved in academia as an adjunct faculty. |

Terrance Mitchell - Certification Council Member |

This Ohio University Alumnus has a multifaceted career which spans a full spectrum of fitness endeavors, ranging from competitive bodybuilding, coaching and judging NPC sanctioned events, to re-designing the Physical Readiness Training program in the United States Navy where he completed a seven-year stint. As Master Level Personal Trainer, Terrance has managed the Fitness Departments for several major health clubs and trains celebrity clientele in Hollywood, CA.
A physique artist by profession, Terrance self-published his first of many fitness and motivation products: The ARROWS OF MARS: Ultimate V-Torso Workout Program, in 2006 and is currently pursuing a MA in Exercise Physiology. |

Sam Davis - Certification Council Member |

Sam has a Master Trainer certification and has represented NFPT since 1995. He also serves as a NFPT State Representative in the state of California. He has been a personal trainer for 14 years. He has competed in natural bodybuilding for 7 years. Sam has instructed a variety of classes in a number of Civilian and Military fitness centers that include: Boot Camp, Boot Camp Spin, Interval and Circuit Training, Step, Core, Body Conditioning and Weight Training classes. |

Andrew Walgamuth - Certification Council Member |

Andrew's position on NFPT's Council is that of the "Public Member" as he represents the general public at large from a perspective which is professional in scope but not specific or biased towards the health and fitness market. Andrew has over 10 years of real estate sales experience including territory management, marketing strategies, and facilitation of both retail and outside sales with Coldwell Banker Shook. Andrew establishes and develop relationships with clients/potential clients, as well as those in affiliate businesses. Andrew is skilled in communication, organization, and mediation with a keenness for maintaining standard and protocol; he acts as a qualified participant on the Council and serves in the best interest of the general public consumer. |
