National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) has been certifying personal trainers since 1988 and offers an accredited Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential with the potential for immediate health and fitness industry employment.

NFPT works with colleges and independent health/wellness facilities to implement an instructor led version of our Personal Trainer course which has become increasingly popular amongst college students and community fitness enthusiasts. Interested in becoming a personal trainer or learning more about fitness and nutrition but prefer classroom instruction?  NFPT’s extended face-to-face Personal Trainer Certification course teaches effective exercise, nutrition, and training program design. In addition to learning and applying fundamental exercise principles, this course will assist with preparation for successful completion of the accredited national exam for obtaining your Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential.  Your NFPT-CPT credential allows you to offer fitness training services at professional fees in a growing marketplace.
