This course takes you into the world of low flying aerial yoga fitness using a stretchy apparatus called the Booty Bag. Part 1 of the course focuses on the hammock only (most people use use only the hammock). Part 2 & 3 will add additional loops, wrist wraps and fixed or “anchored” pull points. These create space between joints, and provides a combination of strength, length, traction, compression, and precision. Caveats and progressive lower back relief, confidence, core strength BEFORE going upside down are a focus of this course. A video series is also included and will cover safe rigging options, 3 basic swing heights, progressions, 12 comfortable points of contact, safe in’s and out’s, and more!
