CE Provider Application Fee

This is the application submission fee to become a NFPT Approved CE Provider. Submitting this fee, along with your per course fee (up to 5 courses) will initiate the review process of your continuing education course/offering.
If for any reason you are denied approval, you will be given commentary on the reason for the denial to include improvement measures that you may take to receive a favorable review outcome upon re-submission. This application fee, $65, will be incurred again in the event that you must re-submit for another review; however there is no per course charge when re-submitting. Re-submission must occur within 6 months of denial in order for the per course fee to be waived.
