CPT Renewal 3 Years

This is a 3 year payment towards back dues on membership renewal and recertification. We do not charge a late fee, but we do require that the annual membership renewal fee be paid each year in order that it does not accrue. This $255 payment is for accrued membership fees of $85 per year, per certification cycle starting from your certificate’s expiration date. Make sure that you have Continuing Education Credits, 2.0 CECs, completed for each certification year cycle that you have missed.
