Exercises To Get You Ready For Black Friday

    Thanksgiving is the time of year when families get together, share in giant meals, and we are reminded of all the things that we are to be thankful for. Oh, and really great shopping deals! After we are done being thankful for everything that we are fortunate enough to have, we go out and buy more things. My friends, Black Friday is upon us. And NFPT is here to help you get the most out of your shopping experience! We want offer a little help as you forge ahead into a sea of pushing, crabby and rather vocal shoppers! To get the best deals in the store before others get to them.

    Flexibility Exercises

    Before heading out on the town at 4AM Friday morning, make sure that you have thoroughly stretched. This will help keep away cramps and improves the range of motion in your muscles and joints. Stretching before you head out to the craziness of the super stores and shopping centers can also help prevent injury when you’re getting your shop on! But, most importantly, stretching will better your performance when shopping and give you the leg up against your competition.

    Aerobic Exercises

    Aerobic exercises are going to be a crucial aspect of your Black Friday shopping experience. It will increase your cardiovascular endurance. We suggest walking, jogging, cycling or stair climbing to help you in this area. You’ll thank us when you’re jumping over a group of people who have fallen in front of you, racing through the aisles looking for that perfect gift for the perfect price.

    Anaerobic Exercises

    Who needs to show up at midnight to wait in line for the store to open when you can be in the middle of the line and sprint to be the first one to the most desired items? Your anaerobic exercises are perfect for getting ready for Black Friday. And what about when you and another person grab the same item at the same time? You need to be able to muscle that thing away from them to earn “little Tommy’s” Christmas gift! Sprints and weight training are two great ways to ready yourself for the Black Friday sales!
