Hacks for Keeping Clients on Track

As trainers, I’m sure all of us are familiar with excuses made by clients. Let’s be honest, it can be challenging to keep the motivation high, clients engaged and consistently attending training sessions. This shouldn’t be surprising considering even the pros struggle with motivation every once in a while. The point is, clients and trainers are all human and are, therefore, subject to the occasional and momentary derailment.
